We just received notice that our dossier was logged in with the China Center for Child Welfare and Adoption on 10.18.11 - that is when the clock officially starts for our Letter of Acceptance (LOA). It has been taking 60-90 days recently for the LOA from the CCCWA after log in.
Click here for a link to a snapshot of what remains in the process before we can bring Abbie home. Families typically travel about 3 months after receiving their LOA. Hoping for a LOA before the end of the year!!

ReplyDeleteHey Carrie! So excited to follow your new journey! Hopefully you will get to travel soon! Our pastor and his wife have mentioned that they are interested in looking into adopting from China so I gave them your blog. Can't wait to see when you get to go bring her home!
