Article 5 issued

This is another step that won't mean much to people who aren't familiar with China adoption processing, but for those who are familiar, you know this is a biggie!  It's the last piece of paper that the US Government has to issue before we can receive the all-clear from China to travel and bring Abbie home. 

Our agency does not provide us with the exact days our Article 5 paperwork was dropped off and picked up at the US Consulate in Guangzhou like most agencies do; rather, they let their families know that their Article 5 has been picked up on the Friday of whatever week it occurred.  We know for sure it was picked up this week and my best guess is that it happened on Tuesday.

We are officially waiting for travel approval now!  Next week everything is closed in China for Chinese New Year, but we hope our TA is processed right when they return from holiday.  As soon as our TA is issued, we can book plane tickets.
